Refund

They charged me excess and to continue my connection i have paid the excess amount. On sebquent enquiry i found that i ma entitle for refund of Rs.2800/-. It slmost 1 month, still i have not received any refud. they have not given me anything in writting. i have only payment proof. My complaint ref No.with customer car of Airtel is F673416845. They told me that it will take another 2 months.

Pl help me to speed up the refund.
