I have email Vodaphone since aweek and send three reminder as below, but no reply pls do the needfull.

I was enjoying blackberry for few months then I gave B.B to my brother so I went personal to Byculla gallery for disconnection they gave my good plan of 99 I excepted it. I pay by credit card on 26/08 and cleared all bills You people told me that now form this month only you will get Rs 99 and did not send bill for two months. When I got sms to pay bill I was surprise instate of 99 I got 457.29 . I called they game me reply that I had send sms NOT TO POST ME BILL this is not true if I will not get bill now I will know what amount is to pay so this is unfair form your side that I have send you sms not to send me bill. On many request I got that we have posted bill since many days then after 10 days I got bill for rs 1061.56 of two months with B>B charges Rs 299 . whereas I ma not using it and I had chain my plan.

Pls look in this matter otherwise I have no choice to cancelled both my mobile no 9820656555 and 9920770993.

I have no time to go every time in your big gallery of byculla were the staff is un troth misleading people I have been mislead many time in that byculla gallery. with my 9820656555 .

Urgently reply will be appreciated.
