Lack of customer service

I am very sad to inform about Vulgar customer Service. I am using Onida products for the last 4 to 5 years. Now l had a problem with my television, i have informed that to my nearest customer service center that is in Trivandrum, Adonis Customer Relation Centre, M/s The Window, TC 28 / 943 (43/1259), Kalpalathika, KPC Building, Punnapuram Road, Kaithamukku, Trivandrum - 695 023, STD Code-0471, Telephone-2465 426, 2462 924 . The Servicemen can't detect the problem and they are avoiding me around one and half week. They didn't taking phones. I am really frustrated with bad response to my complaint. I believe that they should take some necessary action.
