sub; unable to use MNP service

I am using mobile number 9895400476 under prepaid service. On 04/03 i tried to use MNP service to shift my service to BSNL 3G with unique UPC provided by you. But my request was rejected saying " UPC mismatch". I checked with BSNL outlet and confirmed that they have used the exact UPC number.

please help me regarding this
