Unnecessary Deduction of balance

My balance of number 9993910054 is deducted unnecessarily. I am charged RS. 215 for Hello Tune Service which I had never started. They said that I have called customer care to start the service at 01:34:31 PM on 6th August. I was busy in a meeting at that time. I want that my balance should be credited as soon as possible. It's not first time before about 1 week the same problem arose and at that time my balance was credited and told that this problem will not be repeated. It is repeated again please do something.
