I have a airtel mobile connection Vide No.9810967065, From dt.23-04 i suffering some critical problems from airtel service provider on 23-04 airtel activate hello tunes automatic on my mobile and charged Rs 45/-, i complaints several times then the hello tunes deactivate on 03-05 but they did not refund my money (My complaints Request No. as follow :- dt. 30-04 no. 43024650200, dt. 03-05 no. 503462264, ) after that i register my phone on to NDNC service vide R.No. w1017614712 dt. 03-05, after that on Dt. 04-05 time 19:06 airtel start Devotional Combo pack and charge Rs 30/- then i complaint and they deactivate this service on Dt 05-05 at 13:04, then they activate VAS Pack 15and charge Rs.15/- Dt.05-05 at 19:58 and with this they start astro alerts and charged Rs 10 at the same above time and date, When i Call 121 and Complaint about all this problem then airtel sr. customer account officer Mr. Kartik, Mr Gaurav and Mr. gaurav says that you activate this service and disconnect phone line, then airtel deactivate 121 complaint service from my phone. Now tell where I go for this problem, this Bharti airtel Reduce my prepaid money balance and not refund. This is like you trust and pay advance for mobile service and these service provider eat our money like termites.
