Installation of new telephone connection

Hi,

I had booked a new telephone connection on 18 May'11 in the name of Mr. John Shulman Gordon with the BSNL office which is within the compuond of the Telephone exchange in Secunderabad adjacent to the General post Office.

The address on which the new telephone is booked is Plot no 9, P & T Colony, behind Apollo Hospital Vikrampuri, Kharkana, Secunderabad - 500 009. The new telephone alloted is 27816565.

I had been to the BSNL JTO's office which is situated near Saibaba Temple Ishaq colony near picket school to find out about the installation of the new telephone line. I was told that the concerned lineman was on leave and he will do the installation once he is back to work. There is no information about the date on which the concerned lineman we be back after his leave.

Please do the needful to get the new telephone line installed.
