Wrong calls from customer care

I just want to let you know that I have got a call from this chennai number 42660819 SBI credit card customer care and that person there talked all nonsense added with their offers for that credit card. Is that the way to behave with customers getting into their personal details? I just want to tell the SBI to facilitate the staff with proper behavior and manners and make them learn and reciprocate the same with their customers also.
