Broadband dysfunctional and bad service

Hi,
This is Sandeep. I have subscribed to BSNL broadband plan after much reluctance given their "world renowkned service" (*sarcasm*)
So, the broadband comes and doesn't function for 3 weeks after the first day. And me and my wife have to go from pillar to post.
Here is how the conversation goes for 3 weeks.
BSNL agent 1: Shaam ko aa jaayenge madam
BSNL agent 2: Kall 11 baje yaad dila dijiye
BSNL agent 1: Gupta ji ko phone kijiye, wahi modem supply karte hain. Aapke modem mein problem hai
Gupta ji: Modem mein problem nahi hoga. Connection mein problem hai
BSNL agent 2: Kal 11 baje yaad dila dijiye
BSNL agent 1 : Hum 1 ghante mein aa rahe hain
BSNL agent2 : Kal 11 baje yaad dila dijiye
Given such chatty people I wonder why people hate BSNL so much
