Sim registration failed

Due to problem in my old simcard i have apply for new simcard, as per my demand b.s.n.l. provide me new simcard with the condition to provide my old no. i.e. 9421774075. But from last two day my old simcard is not worked properly however the new is start up till now. For that i have do the complent the no. is 4569619 before 48 hours ago, but up till now it is start.
