Refund issue

I was having a phone no. 0141-2331976. In May this no. was closed and I

had applied for refund in May itself. After 2-3 months I received a bill in which some amount was debited in my account as 'interest' (Actually

this amount was to be credited in my account). I went to Vidyadhar Nagar

Exchange and discussed the same with Accounts Officer. I have given an

application for correction of this mistake. After that I have met Accounts Officers and concerned persons in Vidyadhar Nagar Exchange many times for my

refund but no satisfactory answer from their side. After that I have mailed to pg_appellate_raj@bsnl.co.in and he has replied that around - cheque has been made. But actually my amount must be Rs. 5000 interest.

Anybody cannot understand How they are doing calculations!!!
