Balance reduction

Sir/Madam,

I am a student doing B.E in a college in nagercovil. I am using BSNL sim and they had activated some offers without any confirmation from me. Now when i tried to contact the customer care they told me to sent a msg to aparticular number when i send it i lost 2 rs.and the mesage didnt delivered also. Again when i tried the customer care they are saying the same thing only..But am only losing 2 rs eachtime but no use..please consider my request to stop these kinds of forgery..
