Telephone dead

My land telephone is under Temathani exchange of Balichak jurisdiction of Kharagpur Circle. it frequently goes out of order and after repeated request the exchange people come & rectify that and within some days it goes again out of order. Now from June it happened so and after waiting (verbal and through mobile request done) some days a complain was lodged (vide no. 51 of 3/7 in the log book kept in the said exchange) but in vain and again another complain lodged (vide no. 40 of 8/9 in the same log book) and even through telephonic request it is still lying dead. As a last resort i approach ur good self for early rectification as it is very important phone and outside calls are received through this having no alternate land line (my alternate no for communication is 9153132837. thanks.
