TELEPHONE NOT WORKING FROM LAST ONE MONTH AND STILL GENERATING BILLS

Sir,

Our BSNL Landphone-0472-2858396 is not working from since more than a month and we registered the complaint many times and even we spoke the AGM also and still the status is same as the Telephone is DEAD.They are even not taking any necessary action and moreover they are generating Bills also for the non-servicable Telephone.

KR/CO/6611- is the Docket number of online complaint Booking

16329513232 -is the latest docket number of the Automated Complaint Booking System

Please do the Needful.
