Our BSNL Landphone-0472-2858396 is not working from since more than a month and we registered the complaint many times and even we spoke the AGM also and still the status is same as the Telephone is DEAD.They are even not taking any necessary action and moreover they are generating Bills also for the non-servicable Telephone.

16329513232 -is the latest docket number of the Automated Complaint Booking System
Please do the Needful.
