Basic Phon Dead

Respeted Sir,

A Landline BSNL Telephone Connection No.0120-2600183, which is installed at H.No.405/II, Naipura, Loni, Ghaziabad02 (U.P.) has been dead since two weeks and complaint logded to Loni Telephone Exchange accordingly. A Line Man has come to site and checked the problem. He has been suggested to change the with new wire from pole to home. In this regards, I have personally contacted at Loni telehone exchage at 0120-2600300 and requested to arrange to change the wire urgentely on 06.06.2011. But, the same has not yet been changed the same. Due to non-functioning the said telephone, all the members are being facing great difficulty to conversation with other known person/relatives.

It is therefore requested to kindly arrange to change the old telephone wire with new urgently.
