DEDUCTING AMOUNT AND UNWANTED MESSAGE

I have BSNL En Anbadan scheme SIM card no. 9489344780 using by me and from this mobile much amount is being deducted for unwanted facilities which i never opted.

I don't want any facilities in this phone except dial the number and receive the call.

I have made complaint earlier to BSNL, Sai Baba colony office not to charge any amount in my mobile and also I don't want any un-necessary messages and many unwanted messages are sending to my mobile, please stop this and don't charge any amount on this matter. Please look into the matter and stop this procedures.
