Bsnl prepaid
Without my permission "WORD" ALERT services has been activated Automatically

My BSNL prepaid mobile number is 09466709282.

On my number without my permission "WORD" ALERT services has been activated.

No any request was submitted by me.

On 23-12 at 05:50 PM when i switch ON my mobile i receive a message "WORD- ALERT SERVICE IS ACTIVATED ..."

And 25 rupees deduct from my BSNL prepaid account.

When i ask to customer care Executive for this the answer of his that YOUR WORD ALERT SERVICE IS ACTIVATED ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUEST.

But this is not true. I have make many calls in customer care for solution of my problem. But they gives me always same answer.

I am in high mantle depression by this matters. I can not think anything in daily routines. My brain can damage. Or In future i can mad.

So please solve my problem. And give me the suitable cost of my highly important time. And return my deducted amount.
