TELEPHONE NOT WORKING SINCE LAST 1.5 MONTHS

My BSNL Landline no. is not working since last 45 days I have visited Kaushambhi Telephone exchange and given the complaint and they have noted the same in the complaint register. Similarly I have logged my complaint both telephonic and thru SMS and the complaint no. is 12139 but till today the complaint is not attended and is still open. I have also sent an email in their customer care mail id. I am really frustrated because if inaction at BSNL's end even there is no escalation matrix where I can further escalate the matter the no. of nodal officer as provided in the site is also not correct. Can anyone do something on this?
