Caller tune activated without request

I use prepaid card and my number is 9886484950

I got a message from vodafone that caller tune is activated on my mobile on 10-05 at 21.51 hrs for which I have not requested. They have deducted 30 rs from my account. One more message saying that some song is set as caller tune. But I hear some body speaks its not a song.

When I called customer care, they told that, regarding that they have called me on 10-05 at 9.15 hrs. I have not received such a call from any body. I asked them to refund the amount for which they say its not possibile. To change the song, I have to spend more now... Please treat the matter as very urgent as it is very disgusting.
