Hi, I've been charged Rs. 5 this morning without even subscribing for the World cup updates subscription.

Airtel automatically subscribed it without notifying me and moreover when i tried to call customer care, the call just getting disconnected again and again with no answer.

I need to unsubscribe this pack and want my Rs 5 back.
