Restart and call drop

I bought a nokia5310 music edition on 29th of june '08.I had a problem of restarting, call drop and battery back up was not good. It is not even a month i have purchased this mobile. I have given it once last saturday. I had the same proproblem this sunday again. I am really disappointed with the service and mobile. This is my first terrible experience with nokia. My mobile has been sent again to the head office for further repair. I am really disappointed and i request for a replacement with a new mobile as it is a genuine reason.
