Vodaphone Rubbish Services

I am having CUG connection 11 nos from Vodaphone Gujarat, they are charging high rent and not giving any service properly. I applied for change of terrif and cancellation of the service but still not attended and charging high terrif.

secondly sms service in bulk is not working, without sending messages in bulk they charge me undue bills of more than 2000 Rs.

Pl be careful with false promises of VODAPHONE. Pl advice the right actions for the same.
