Amount debited from a/c but no recharge

Dear Sir/Madam,

I made a recharge on freecharge for 50rs. but recharge is not successfulland amount is debited from my accoount.

Such a fraud site. I send a mail twice to Orders@freecharge.in

Kindly do somethind.
