Gprs network problem

My self chetan m. soneri i have a problem of gprs, actually i activated gprs scheme rs. 47 in which i got 100mb per day now problem is that i can use only 60mb with good speed something 20 to 25 kbps after using 60mb it is very difficult for me to use remaining 40mb due to gprs speed around 3 to 5 kbps and when i call to customer care they are just tell me silly answer about my problem when ever i called them this one is very common dialog that our network is on up gradation but i can't see any kind of improvement i have to face this problem every day my uninor mobile is 8401772622.
