Irresponsiblity of distribute

I am the retailer of videocon in mumbai, my complain is against distributer cheating in payout settlement, poor service, irresponsibility against there commitment.

my complain is also against company, it's irresponsible about what the distributer serve to there retailer, service which they assured at the time of launch to retailer.

my sugession is toward company to look after the activity of distributer to retailer, visit the retailer to hear & sortout there compaint.
