Same telephone no of my home landline to other landline

Sir my landline telephone (no.-23986814) is not working since 26th April.this landline has been cross connected with another landline (no.-24478016). We have already made a formal complain. Complain is booked under vide Docket number-G5483.We have already applied Bsnl Broadband service under this landline no.(23986814). Modem has already been installed under this telephone number-dt.-23rd April. So please arrange for rectification at an earliest date.
