Sir,

I have got a new hand set Model No 1661 Under Product Code No. 0573014 under ESNINE No. 354198036902876 GSM. The basic quality of hand set is Transceiver and Transmission in which the said hand set is failed to comply it as per job sheet No. 114433527 /090924/15 dated 24.09.2009 according to the job sheet transceiver is dead which is technical manufacturing defect in the hand set leaving many question about the quality control along with effect on marketing company.

According to dexters Digital lab at Rohini Sector-3 date of delivery is given 26.09.2009 but on even date they said that come on next day that on 29.09.2009. they refused to give sand by set but during in the hot exchange they agreed to issue a stand by set according to them they are not supposed to give stand by set and also said set will take minimum 14 days to repair but refrain themselves to tell the maximum period on upper side it shows their inability provide after sale service if the company in unable to provide after sale service why they made empty clamed high quality technical products any how I request you to issue a new hand set to replace the said set.
