IDEA 3G NET SETTER
Not Recieveing daily updation for data usage

Sir/Madam,

I am haveing a idea 3G data card with double dhamaka plan @ 599/- with 2 GB free data usage. It's No. 9990378209.I used to recieve a message from idea for my daily data usage on my mobile no.(9910040308) and on my data card also. But last 2 weeks i am not getting any updation for my daily data usage. So now i am not aware about my daily data usage. For this i am following to customer care since last 2 weeks but can;t get any satishfactory reply or solution of my complaint.when i got the updation for my data, i managed within free data. If I use more data than the free limit, so I have to pay the amount for the acces data.so i would request you to please look into this matter and do the neeful.
