Service provider is asking to submit the document

I Mr. Deepak Elias Hansdak and and i am recently using the idea sim, but i have some problem with this product, my problem is that whenever i call then they used to reply that i have not submitted the document.

But actually I have submitted the document then and there from where i have purchased the sim.
