Keeping customers unaware of their products

I have an idea network. I recharged my mobile with 31 rs message card in which there was 300 messages free to me on 4/11. but to my horror i found my balance nil after some time. i checked message card was not working . i dialed customer care they told me there message card doesnot work on festivals. They never informed niether they write anything about this. This is a cheating . and thats the way they want to change their life . thats their idea to cheat people.please take care so that innocent customers should not face so much loss
