ACTIVATING SMS MASTI PACK FORCEFULLY WITHOUT ANY REQUEST

Activating SMS masti packs FORCEFULLY without my request

sir,

Idea Cellular is deducting Rs.10 every week for SMS MASTI PACK from my balance without my consent. They send me a sms for information after activating the pack. I never requested to activate the said services. I requested many times to deact the said services on 155223 (toll free number). I received confirmation sms for deactivating sms services within 24 hrs. But till date the said service is not deactivated. The said service is used by idea forcefully & it is cheating to me. Please help me in Deactivating this masti pack and getting my all money back, Please deactivate MASTI PACK service. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9822743355 (pune, maharashtra). i will be very thankfull to you
