MNP not done in 18 days

Dear Sir,

I am a bsnl postpaid mobile subscriber from Mathura U.P. west.

I gave a mobile number portability request for my number 9412777852 on 13th February to be transferred to IDEA.

I have not received any intimation regarding the process and status for the same.

On the websites I see that the maximum time taken should be 7 working days. This time frame has already exhausted.

I have already deposited a fee of 500Rs as security deposit at IDEA office Mathura.

Kindly let me know the status for my number.

When I talk to idea office they keep telling me that this will be done today. Everytime this happens and this is happening for last 10 days.

I got fedup and Atlast I told them to cancel my MNP Request and please refund me 500 Rs against the receipt which I have. But even this was not done and told me that this will happen today.

I do not know how to solve this issue.
