Cutting of my mobile balance

The idea is simply cutting my money.. when i called customer care, they told that some miss call alert and munabhai alert has been activated. i didnt even know about it. i didnt even receive any sms or service reply from idea. i had lost more than Rs 50 by now. they r not giving refund. i didnt get the offer also. please help.
