Very bad service and fake bill's

Dear sir

i am Idea user and my mobile is 91-9844565958 i am one of the roaming user and i am facing more problem from idea they is a heavy call drop and i am not able to make online payment i have given the complaint on both and it as be not resolved as if now and last month i was in Delhi as my bill came in my home i was not able to pay so the disconnected my services and then i came back to Bangalore i paid my bill after that my service was active after near 48 hrs and then i came to Chennai on my work the service was aging disconnect and i ask them why r they doing this i gave them complaint and till now i am facing with call drop and now this month i have got my bill which say 4.712.24 Rs and my credit limit is only of 1000 how can they send me like this so i ask them send me the itemized bill when i saw that i was shock because they have made the bill as they wish like some call they have charged 50Ps for some 1.25 PS and some 1.75 so can u guide me were should i give compliant so that i can solve my issue and my problem
