Deduction of money

The sim inside my mobile is of idea company. They had deducted my money without any reason and when i asked about it to their call centre executives they told me that its u only who had done this but i had not pressed any button during that advertisement call... it cannot even happpen by mistake becoz my mobile is a touchscreen mobile and u can not press any button without opening its lock. The centre executives are telling me that call us after 4 hours becoz our seniours are busy... each time they are telling this only.

I WANT THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY.
