Outgoing calls are blocked

Hello,

My name is Dipin, Its hardly 10 day my sim got activated now i am facing a problem. My outgoing call are blocked from 5 days due to which i am not able to make any official nor personal calls its showing a message "select closed user group".and while checking down the balance it shows"Unbilled amt: rs.1309.04.last pymt rcvd: rs.245 .00.current pymt Due.rs.-245.pymt due date: nil.credit limit rs.1000.unbilled is excluding" for this I am not able to contact customer care also since my outgoing calls are blocked.

Please sort out both the issue as soon as possible.
