Hello,
co. like idea have left no sensitivitty or professionalism towards thier customer. i am undergoing the most irritating experience of my life.
i have pasted the letter which i wrote to them...
Dear Sir/Madam,
i am usng idea prepaid since last 4 yrs.
With my usage, i was offered post paid plans without disclosing that verification would be done. since we both r working, nobody is at home. i was migrated from pre to post and my services (outgoing calls and msgs) disconnected immediately citing negative verification on sat 23 june.
Subequently i kept trying to call idea care but nobody answred till monday morning. then i gave a time for verification between 10am to 12 noon for tuesday 26 june by taking half day leave. Inspite of the time given i had to wait for the verification till evening 6pm. verification was done and still my services r not restored.
I am frustated with this casual attitude of yours towards customers. in last 4 days i might have soken to atleast dozen customer executive of yours, but all in vain. i feel i was happy with my prepaid and should not have fallen prey to your stupidity by accepting your postpaid offer. i don't know what to do now, should i continue watiting for the service and be at your mercey or change to another service through portability. but i was told even that will not b allowed for another 90days. anyways, it won't make any difference you by loosing 1 customer.
I have undergone a mentle trauma from u people, which at any cost is not justified.
Still waiting for someone from idea who has any sensitivity left for customers like me. or else u r leaving me no option but to take this matter to consumer grievance.
