Deduction of balance

I have recharged my mobile no i.e 9827076951 with the Rs of 60 to get main balance & i got the balance then i will recharged rs 19 to get 200 mb (GPRS VOUCHER) AFTER 5 min i will used internet & the company will deducted my whole balance... & they will not activated by services... then i was complaint to customer care they will not respond me properly so please take action against them..
