Cuting money

Dear sir, with due respect I beg infrom you that, I am HOMARA BEGUM (FEMALE) house wife from KOLKATA (WEST BENGAL). I am a member IDEA celluar phone last two years. I had given a complaints before 8th month ago in INDIAN CONSUMAR COMPLAINTS FORUM.They had (IDEA CELLUAR) stop cuting my money 7th month. Last november and decembar when I have RECHARGE in my mobile 9088260357 (kolkata) state west bengal, than and their they have been cutting my recharge money. I have been tried to talk customar care, but customar did not care request. I had never active any type intertent (song, play music, ring tone, etc) being a old house wife. I am a poor women. it is impossible to again recharge for me.dear sir, I have two ways 1. I will take anather sim (VODA, AIRTEL, ETC) no, 2. please sir take stong ACTION, it is my request, and pray. hope you will accept my pray, and request. thanks, HOMARA BEGUM, KOLKATA, 9088260357.
