I had given a complaints before 8th month ago in INDIAN CONSUMAR COMPLAINTS FORUM.They had (IDEA CELLUAR) stop cuting my money 7th month. Last november and decembar when I have RECHARGE in my mobile 9088260357 (kolkata) state west bengal, than and their they have been cutting my recharge money. I have been tried to talk customar care, but customar did not care request. I had never active any type intertent (song, play music, ring tone, etc) being a old house wife. I am a poor women. it is impossible to again recharge for me.dear sir, I have two ways 1.
