IDEA CELLULAR and TRAI
Service and Recharge related for Mumbai

Dear Sir,

I am MNP customer of the IDEA Cellular. My Mob. No. is 9270422030. I am facing the service issue in Mumbai. The IDEA is diving MH and MUM in two parts and charging extra charges for roaming services. I don't understand Mumbai is capital of Maharashtra (a part of Maharashtra), and why Mobile Service providers separating from each other?

Because of such separating I am not getting the benefits which I will get in either part and loosing my money. Even IDEA don't have good plans which will give the Customers good service and benefits in case of such separation.

TRAI should make the rules for all the Service Provider and instruct them to make the suitable Plans for Mum and MH (together).
