NON ACCEPTANCE OF CASH

Myself PUNEET GAUTAM belongs to ludhiana (punjab). I am having two connections from IDEA CELLULAR having no: 09855960308 & 09914660308 in the name RISHI GAUTAM & PUNEET GAUTAM respectively. Due to job transfer, recently i just shifted to jhajjar location in HARYANA. I am having outstanding dues for respective numbers; For which i want to make the payment. Yesterday, i had visited at IDEA showroom at Jhajjar for deposit the outstanding amount i.e. Rs.3000 for 09855960308 & Rs.500/- for 09914660308.And they had given me the payment receipt which i have enclosed for your reference. But today, They have send a guy at my office with refusal note that we dont have any arrangement for PUNJAB region. On the other side in Punjab, collection officers of IDEA CELLULAR visiting my parental house for outstanding dues and doing misbehave with my family members to make the instant payment.

Before approaching to consumer forum, I have called up below mentioned numbers for respective locations but nobody responded or picked up the phones or misbehaved with me during conversation. The details are:

FOR IDEA: SUGGESTION: I just want to quote one IDEA to aditya birla group: Better to concentrate on consumer service instead of starting new contest like ongli cricket for market segmentation. If you people can't give services to punjab customers in HARYANA then your manamgent is still behind 10 years in policies implementation for growth prospective. I hope my messege is fully cleared to IDEA CELLULAR & to BOARD OF DIRECTORS of idea.

EXPECTATIONS:

1) Instant feedback required from IDEA,

2) Request to IDEA team for not disturbing my family for such little issues.

3) Action should be taken against Mr. Ranjit (Departement of Telecommunication) and send me the appolgy letter from him.
