You don’t have any record for Rs. 250 security money that I paid for the number. Its you who should return me the security money but instead of return, you are asking for some stupid charges. I Hate Idea.

Mark this as an official email for cancellation of connection because I have this email address registered on your website and PLEASE DON’T SEND ANY STUPID BILL Or I will sue you.

And the reason for which you lost a good going customer is your bad management. You promised a scratch card while issuing connection with assured gift of value 2500 minimum and didn’t even provided the scratch card.

You took 250 Rs for security without having record in your system.

This is the height of mismanagement and cheating with customers
