Sim not working even after two timesdocumen submission

My Name is Sunil Rathee. My Mobile no. is 8975950480 from Idea Cellular. When i purchase the sim card i submitted my passport copy as my ID proof and permanent address proof. It works for 5 months. Then at sudden they demanded for documents. I again submitted the same documents to Idea care office. Again the sims was active. Now after 2 month they again stops the services and when i call to Idea customer care, they did-not response and say that you have to again submit the documents. I dont know how many times i have to visit to Idea care and submit the documents.
