actually diwali today (05-nov) is special day

in idea prepaid terms they are inform that before the day of diwali is also special day

i requested that yesturday (04-nov) is not a special day why r u cut the balence from my main balence

THEN I LOST 75 rs FROM MY MY MAIN BALENCE

AFTER CONTACT IDEA CUSTAMOR CARE THEY R SAYS IT IS ALSO SPECIAL DAY

99% CUSTOMERS ARE NOT KNOW ABOUT THEM

ATLEAST THEY DONOT ANY MESSAGE BEFORE THAT DAY

PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON IDEA

BECAUSE 99% IN AP CUSTOMERS ARE NOT KNOW ABOUT THEM
