Money deducted from topup amount without activate any services

Respected Sir

My self have idea cellular sim mobile no. 9165658746. On 24 Dec the company has deduct Rs. 75.00 (seventy five) from my topup amount without my knowledge. However I have not activate any services.

When I knew, I have complaint to customer care on 13 Jan & 14 Jan against complaint No. 1-12179313143, to return my amount. Customer care reply me it is not possible to return the amount.

Sir, earlier also so many time company deducted my amount.

please put up my case and do the needful please.
