Inflated monthly bill

Sir,

i rakesh awachat having a idea no. 9011051907 (since last 8 years) is regular payment paying customer of the company, my monthly average bill is 900 rs.the company has started my gprs services in current month n the unlimited usage pack of gprs of the company is avilable for rs. 1000/- as informed by customer care of idea but now they have sent me bill of rs.5016/- which states that the talk time i have used amounts to rs.650/-(approx) and so have charged me 4400/- for the gprs connection, i have been following the issue with idea customer care since one week but after calling them and speaking to them for hours and narrating the entire thing again and again to different people in their office no positive response has come so i requesting you to please look into the matter and do the needful. Thanking you in advance
