Unethical/ illegal charges

Idea is the most corrupt and useless cellular service in India. My no. was charged first for CH99 magazine (Re 1 daily) and then for voice chat (Rs 5 daily) for around 45 days before i figured it out.. I have no idea of these services and have never applied for them. on contacting the shittiest customer care, i was told that i had applied for these. when asked for a proof, they had none. Furthermore, even after a request it wasnt deactivated and the deductions continued.

On purchasing a simcard, my inbox ws flooded with idea sms and i dailiy recieved promotional calls from them, which was none less than a harrassment. Moreover they activated useless vas services without my consent.

I strongly recommnend never ever to go far an idea connection. they are corrupt, follow unethical practices, their customer service sucks...
