Disconnection of Post paid mobile

Sir,

I have transferred my Prepaid connection to Post connection with cell no. 98553-50742. Meanwhile I sold the house in which i was residing and took an accomodation on rent. I do not have any address proof of the new accomodation but I have the previous residential proof as D/L, Bank Account and other such documents. I gave an written affidavit with the old D/L and landlords ration card to change my address but they have disconnected the connection as they said that they need proof of Address at new accomodation. Since I have shifted for not too long, I don't have any such proof. Please help me out. I am working as an Office Assistant to an Advocate at Jalandhar and I have been using the number since long.
